Clinton Bennett has enjoyed a successful tenure in the Northwest Arkansas commercial real estate community for almost two decades. Some of his notable business achievements include brokering some of the more significant land, office, industrial and retail transactions in market. He has also grown multiple companies in the region in addition to growing a family with his wife, Elissa, of which they both are very proud. He is the only person in the market that has opened affiliate offices for multiple internationally recognized brokerage companies — CBRE in 2012 and Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark) in 2007. He most recently served as first vice president for CBRE, Inc. but departed that company in 2020 to open Bennett Commercial Real Estate. He enjoys the real estate business and loves finding opportunities to create value for his clients by using the knowledge that he has learned and earned by executing hundreds of commercial real estate transactions in Northwest Arkansas and surrounding States. He is one of the few brokers in the market to hold the prestigious designations of SIOR and CCIM.

Melissa Brown is a Northwest Arkansas native who has been working in commercial real estate since 2015. As director of operations, Melissa provides oversight and coordination to the daily office activities, as well as the design and coordination of marketing material and social media. Melissa is proud to serve on the Bennett CRE Team and enjoys the challenge of working around a group of high-performing individuals who are focused on creating value for their clients while also having fun and making a meaningful contribution to their community and families.
Cameron Clark is a Northwest Arkansas native who has not only witnessed the cultural and economic evolution occurring in the region — he has also been an active participant. With a Bachelor of Arts in international relations from the University of Arkansas, he has played a key role in the growth of significant accounts in an established locally owned business. These experiences and a desire to play a larger role in the development of NWA have led him to the commercial real estate industry, where he expects to run alongside his clients and add value to their enterprises and investment efforts as they look to expand their real estate ventures in the region. Cameron places high importance on focusing on his client’s needs and making NWA the best it can be. He is focused on industrial, office, retail/restaurant tenant and landlord representation.

Palmer is a Northwest Arkansas native and has successfully represented clients in a variety of manners. Still, his specialty lies with industrial tenant and landlord representation, industrial sale leasebacks, and commercial land. “I’ve always believed that the pathway to assisting our clients in a first-class fashion is done best through a 24/7 pulse on property values, market activity, and the movement of capital.” He feels that Northwest Arkansas has much runway to grow the industrial product type as the community continues to evolve. Palmer attended Wichita State University and Oral Roberts University where he studied finance and played collegiate golf. He brings the same focus and attentiveness required to be a Division one athlete to the workforce to add value to his client's commercial real estate endeavors.
Corey brings 6+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Development across Arkansas, with expertise in various transaction types, including office, retail, investment, and healthcare. Over his years of experience, he has developed a specialty in healthcare. This includes Buyer/Tenant representation, Landlord/Seller Representation, Sale-leasebacks, and Ground-up developments. He finds this especially meaningful in healthcare because it leads to better health outcomes for the public. His sights are set on positively impacting healthcare delivery in Northwest Arkansas to benefit the overall population for decades. Corey takes very seriously putting his client’s needs ahead of his own. Corey enjoys spending time with his wife, Madison, his two dogs, Stevie, and Max, and being outside. Corey was raised in DeWitt, Arkansas, and later attended Arkansas State University, graduating with a B.S. in Finance in 2017.
Corey Allen is a Little Rock native who relocated to Northwest Arkansas in 2013 after serving in the US Air Force as a cryptologic linguist. His primary focus in commercial real estate is retail; specifically, tenant/landlord representation and buyer representation for land development acquisitions. He enjoys cultivating relationships with national retailers, local businesses, and property owners, as well as retailers from comparable markets with concepts he believes would thrive in NWA. His meticulous approach to site selection is what sets Corey apart from the competition. Corey is a vehement proponent of Northwest Arkansas’ trajectory and relays his optimism about the market through his work in commercial real estate.

David is a native Texan and moved to NWA with his family in 2005 to capitalize on the untapped potential and growth that the area is experiencing. He has enjoyed a long successful career in both the commercial real estate and insurance fields. He has held multiple licenses in the past including his Securities Licenses Series 6, 63, 26. He is primarily focused on the brokerage, sourcing, and servicing of multifamily and mini-storage assets. David's hobbies include his work and family. He also considers himself a foodie and is a self-proclaimed news junkie.
